Non-Approved Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we also hope you understand that when you forget or cancel/reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. This also means that clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time (considered a non-approved cancellation), you will be charged the full amount of the missed service. For future bookings, the following charges will apply:
- First Time: 25% of the service amount will be charged.
- Second Time: 50% of the service amount will be charged.
- Third Time: 75% of the service amount will be charged.
- Thereafter: 100% of the service amount will be charged.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will only be credited to the appointment for which they were booked at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied to future appointments. If a deposit was paid and that appointment is missed, the deposit is forfeited.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, you will be required to pay the full amount of the missed appointment. Future booking will require the full service amount (100%) must be paid upfront each time.

As a small business, missed appointments come at a significant cost. They not only affect our ability to serve other clients but also contribute to financial losses and operational inefficiencies.
